Centered to Move
At Dwell, our structure is best described as "centered to move." We believe that having a strong core identity and vision is key for the missional movement outward. But the point is always to move out, to bring God's blessing to the world.
The model below illustrates just how this happens in our community life; at the center of our life together is Jesus, our leadership, and the covenant community, moving out into the city and world through friendships, dwellings, gatherings, the arts, and justice & compassion initiatives.
